Youth Greek Team Championships ! ESTH is the new champion !
Thessaloniki’s Youth team is the winner of the 11th Youth Team Championship for 2018 with a perfect winning strike of 6/6 !
The tournament took place at the Filippion Hotel of Thessaloniki . The best Greek Youth participated and fought for the top places !
Our team managed to conquer the Youth Team Greek title performing very well in all six boards
We would like to congratulate all our players :

Our academies are working hard the last years ,the results are visible ,our goal is to remain at the very top for the years to follow and improve Thessaloniki’s chess level ! Congrats once more to players trainers and parents for their support and help !

41st Women Greek Championship of 2018 took place at Filippion Hotel of Thessaloniki . Organizer Mr Tsarouhas V.

Carlsen retains his title again at the tie breaks !
Carlsen retains his title with the crushing 3-0 at the tie-breaks
Convincing win for the W Champion who managed to beat the challenger Caruana following the same recipe of the 2016 WCh match !

The Title will be decided on the 28th of November ,fascinating tie breaks are to be expected !
6 out of 6 at the preliminary youth championship for ESThessaloniki
Our young team performed convincingly beating all opposition at the preliminary phase of the Youth team championship !
Our second team ES Kalamarias lost the final critical match and failed to qualify for the final phase .
Congrats to all the kids for their effort!
The last years our academies are raising to the very top following experienced trainers!
